PRINCE BUOYANT™, PRINCE OF WHALES™
Digital animation. A blue sperm whale, every inch a prince, Buoyant wears an unusual flowing royal robe. He is attended by Jester Crab who blows trumpet fanfares whenever he speaks. PRINCE BUOYANT believes that it is his duty to protect the sea and all who inhabit it. Sometimes he can be found talking to the coral reefs, which respond to him by growing in rapid spurts. He always tries to see the overall or big picture. Buoyant spouts email, rainbows and priceless jewels.

PRINCESS EVIANA™, PRINCESS OF WHALES™ (THINK OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN or NICOLE KIDMAN)
Digital animation. A rare white beluga whale, PRINCESS EVIANA hails from the United Kingdom of Whales. Her healing water holds a miracle cure. She is quiet, very sweet and blushes easily. Eviana is a wonderful MOTHER and is extremely attentive to her adopted children, PRINCE PATCHES and Sky. BUBBLES and Amethyst are usually close by as her ladies-in- waiting. Eviana spouts email, magical bubbles, rainbows, perfume and healing mystical water.

PRINCE PRINCE PATCHES D'ORCA™ (JON BOUVIER)
Digital animation. A young orca whale. PRINCE PATCHES is a daredevil and very mischievous. If he isn't off roaming somewhere, he is bucking Royal Protocol. His breaching and lob-tailing are legendary. A typical kid, PRINCE PATCHES spouts email, spinach (seaweed) and fireworks for the 4th of July! Unbeknownst to him, he also spouts his secret thoughts which constantly gets him into trouble with his parents. He can't figure out how they "read his mind".

THE CROWN PRINCE, SKY OF RUSSIA™
Digital animation. A baby blue whale, Sky of Russia is ONE of the smartest creatures on PLANET EARTH. He is like a floating WHALE COMPUTER, has a photographic memory and holds the secrets sacred of the last Russian Tsar! He can spout facts and data endlessly and is attempting to modernize the ancient whale library with CD ROM and interactive videos. Sky spouts email, strobe lights, and a bubble light bulb whenever he gets a bright idea!

LORD RIPPLETAIL™ (THINK JAMES EARL JONES)
Digital animation. A very large and dignified humpback whale, Lord Rippletail is the historian of the pod. He is the stately mate to the whimsical BUBBLES Whaleums and the keeper of all the sonic songs since the beginning of time. He spouts email, musical notes and an incredible blowtorch to save the luxury cruise ship, the Tsarina.

JESTER CRAB™ (DOM DELUISE)
Jester Crab is the court jester who blows trumpet fanfare when the royal court arrives. He is hilarious even though he doesn't try to be and is extremely lazy. He "wakes up" after centuries of years to assist The Royal Critters™ in their quest to save the MILLENNIUM. Jester dismisses anything and anyone who is not truly royal. He's always losing his shell and constantly arrives with a new shell de jour and shows up with a different one. Jester isn't choosy about what he uses; sometimes a rusted soup can, sometimes a shell, sometimes…

CAPTAIN DUKE™, DUKE OF YORKIES™ ("CHICAGO" STEVE BARKLEY)
Digital animation. A gentlemanly Yorkshire Terrier who is always "dogged "by his mate, DUCHY. DUKE gives the impression that he is the last great sailing captain, although he has no experience and is half blind. He gets quite witty and his sense of humor often gets him into trouble.

DUCHY™, DUCHY OF YORKIES™ (JOAN RIVERS)
Digital animation. The HOLIDAY'S pretentious Yorkshire Terrier, DUCHY is strictly nouveau riche. She is a troublemaker who speaks in an affected foreign accent. Although she just a mutt, she fancies herself a royal and often retreats into her royal facade. DUCHY wears festive hats that are often ridiculous, but to her, they are a statement of her royal pedigree. In moments of great stress, her English accent slips mid-sentence into her native Brooklyn tongue.

HONEY, PRINCESS BEE™ (THINK MELANIE GRIFFITH)
Digital animation. A sweet honeybee, HONEY constantly mumbles positive affirmations to make people happier and more aware of their environment. No matter how awful or funny a situation is, HONEY always frames it in a positive way and this drives DUCHY stark-raving nuts! She buzzes encouragement and excitement around NICHOLAS' head. But, don't get HONEY mad, her sting is ferocious!

HAPPY HOLIDAY™
Human/Mermaid. Early thirties, athletic, stunningly beautiful and earthy, HAPPY is a marine biologist at the Whale Magic Research Center. She is famous for her work with whales and dolphins where she identified their unique sonic songs. HAPPY is a loving and devoted wife to ROMAN, and her gifted son, NICHOLAS.

ROMAN HOLIDAY™ (JOHN KENNEDY)
Human/Mermen. Mid-thirties, athletic, handsome, reserved and scholarly, ROMAN has a background from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. He is an expert on solar chromospheres that occurs at the time of eclipses and combines this knowledge and his love of astronomy and the sea to document the inter connectedness of all life. He assists his wife, HAPPY, in correlating and documenting his scientific findings with her whale research.

NICHOLAS HOLIDAY™ Human/Mermen.
Nine years old Nicholas is a genius divined with special mystical powers. He is a fun-loving kid in many ways, but understands he has a profound destiny. He is clairvoyant and telepathic which often gets him into trouble. He has an uncanny ability to communicate with whales and dolphins and does all he can to help them in saving the planet.

SIR P. S. EIDON™Mystic/Apparition.
This heavenly being and King of the Sea appears in many forms--as a constellation, in the mist of whales and lives in a mysterious portrait that hangs on the wall in the library of Castle Realm. He gingerly steps in and out of his portrait to protect Nicholas and The Royal Critters. His apparition is often seen roaming the underwater domain of Atlantis where he secretly communes with the whales and dolphins.

JOHNNY NETWORTH™ (THINK VOICE & PERSONALITY OF JIM CARY)
Human/Oil Slick/Whale NetHuman-morphs into animated oil slick and whale net. An evil and manipulative web master who oozes toxic charm. He is a greedy tycoon who uses the worldwide web in an attempt to control the world. He is trying to decode the secret language of the whales and dolphins so that he can own cyberspace. In human form, he appears normal except for his gray teeth and nervous twitch. When he steps into the ocean he transmutes into a toxic oil slick, which then transforms into a deadly whale net...but not for long!
